I fell in love today
at a French patisserie. Your name was one that I’ve known so well, however it was unfamiliar. I’m glad you took your time to get my change, grazing my fingertips as you passed it on. I’m sure I’ll be back for a pastry or three, and I’d be happy to see your smoldering eyes again. Oh, and thanks for the napkins.
